[Off-topic] WP-Compress-HTML available

Less than a week since starting with WordPress, I have created a new WordPress plugin!

I have called it WP-Compress-HTML. What it does is it strips out all the white space from your HTML file before it is served. This reduces the filesize by about 5-10%. Doesn’t sound all that much maybe, but on a busy server this can all add up.

You can download the pluging from the WP-Compress-HTML page on my website

Please give it a try and see what you think. If you look at the source code of the resulting HTML file, it will tell you how much it has been able to compress the file by.
